Products Introduction: 5003RMP4S is based on PP resin, having high percentage of flame retardants, with excellent flame retardant effect. It can be mixed with homopolymer PP, copolymer PP (or mixture of homopolymer PP and copolymer PP) resin directly according to certain percentage dosage for injection. 5003RMP4S has acquired American UL identification and meets the requirements of RoHS、SVHC、PFOS&PFOA、17P、PAHs. REMAT® 5003RMP4S has the properties of low density, good flowability, less corrosion to the molds.

Method of Use
Flammability grade can reach UL94-V2 with the mixture proportion of PP based compounds and 5003RMP4S: 100:4. Mixture proportion of PP based compounds and 5003RMP4S can be adjusted if necessary according to the impact and MI property. Mixture proportion should be tested before production.
